ACCEPTANCE
By installing DeliveryEstimate, you agree to these terms.
LICENSE
We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the App while subscribed.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The App calculates and displays estimated delivery dates based on
your configuration. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery promises.
MERCHANT RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide accurate shipping zone and processing time information
– Ensure delivery estimates align with actual fulfillment capabilities
– Update holiday dates and business closures
– Comply with local consumer protection laws regarding shipping claims
FEES
Free Plan: 100 impressions/month ($0)
Pro Plan: Unlimited impressions ($7.99/month)
Payment processed via Shopify. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly.
Refunds handled per Shopify’s policies.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App provides tools for displaying estimates. We are not liable for:
– Actual delivery delays by carriers
– Customer disputes regarding shipping times
– Lost revenue from inaccurate estimates you configure
Maximum liability: Amount paid for the App in past 3 months.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
App provided “AS IS” without warranties. We do not guarantee
100% uptime or error-free operation.
TERMINATION
You may cancel anytime by uninstalling the App.
We may terminate for violation of terms or non-payment.
