The Challenge
When the team at White contacted us, they were looking for support to help increase their business by generating more appointments and sales as part of their strategy to rebuild the business post-Covid. Having felt the full effects of lockdowns and ongoing restrictions on weddings, the firm had endured a difficult year and needed to quickly regain their lost momentum. Our Solution
We started work on this project by carrying our in-depth research around the wedding dress industry, identifying competitors, and evaluating their marketing campaigns so that we could develop a strategy which would enable White to compete effectively for Google Ad results.
Once we had completed this first part of the project, we were able to setup their Google Ads account and start to develop adverts and campaigns.
The Results
After working with the client for three months, during which time we developed and tested the most effective campaigns and adverts, we started to see some real traction with new enquiries and appointments being booked. This is an industry where clients are expecting to invest a lot of money in a single item of clothing, so the cost of acquisition (so securing an appointment) was as much as $100 at the start of the project, but we had reduced this
to just $33;.16 for each appointment once the campaign started to deliver results and gain traction.
