Offering a range of clothes, equipment, and training courses for snowboarders, kitesurfers, and wakeboarders, the business positions itself as a lifestyle retailer, with both a physical shop and an online store. The firm continually attracts new business and consistently retains 90% of its customers.

The Challenge

Having great customer retention is a real bonus for a business because it means that each new customer adds real value to the business. This also meant that it was important to attract new customers who would help build long-term resilience. While the shop attracted lots of interest, there was certainly scope to further develop online sales through Google Ads and Google Shopping.

Our Solution

Google Shopping was an obvious opportunity for a firm with a great track record and an extensive range of stock addressing a specific niche. The fact the business is owned and operated by enthusiasts adds real value to the principal marketing messages and helped to elevate its profile amongst the target audience.

Capturing this and translating it into a sales strategy was an exciting project, and one which the S2AS team felt was fully addressed through our previous experience and proven expertise.

Our initial review of the firm’s current campaigns helped us identify opportunities for improvement and we were able to make various recommendations and subsequent changes to ensure campaigns were designed to deliver results.
